Dear Customers and Friends of Page Field,

Our Page Field community continues to grow at an unprecedented rate which has increased the demand for additional T-hangars. In order to accommodate this high demand, the Lee County Port Authority has decided to move forward with the construction of 81 new T and box hangars of varying sizes on the Southeast Ramp. While the construction schedule is still being finalized, it is anticipated that the project will commence sometime within the first quarter of 2023. This will be the single largest capital improvement project in the history of Page Field.

Prior to work commencing, all aircraft currently on the Southeast Ramp will need to be relocated to the South, Southwest, or Bravo Ramps – effectively utilizing every available tiedown spot on the field. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances we cannot accommodate any additional tiedown tenants at this time.

When the hangar project is complete, we anticipate many of the existing tiedown tenants will take occupancy in the new hangars, thus creating tiedown space for new and seasonal customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this project may impose on you and we thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we undertake this significant airport improvement project.

Best Regards,

Scott C. Sheets
